I am a full time jewelry designer, there is nothing more satisfying to me than to make something beautiful and sharing it with everyone. I guess you could say that I am somewhat of a “Techno Geek” and my love of anything to do with science and fantasy is apparent in most of my work.

I design a wide range of jewelry styles sure to appeal to any taste.

Modern industrial pieces which seem to defy gravity
Elegant Steampunk designs with a mechanical flair
Delicate and unique bridal sets
Traditional pieces for everyday wear.

I have always had a love for crystals, the rainbows of light that they emit have always appealed to me so it was only natural that Swarovski Crystals take center stage in all of my work.

Take a look around and let me know what you think of my creations, I love getting comments and critiques :)

If you have an idea for a custom piece that you would like made please don't hesitate to contact me via Email at: YouniquelyChic@me.com, I adore the challenge of working closely with someone to see their ideas become reality.

I currently sell all of my creations that you see here in my shop on Etsy:

Dark Matter v7 by YouniquelyChic
Dark Matter v7
Dark Matter:  A type of matter hypothesized to account for a large part of the total mass in the universe. Dark matter cannot be seen directly with telescopes; evidently it neither emits nor absorbs light or other electromagnetic radiation at any significant level.  Instead, its existence and properties are inferred from its gravitational effects on visible matter, radiation, and the large scale structure of the universe. Dark matter is estimated to constitute 84% of the matter in the universe and 23% of the mass-energy  Dark matter came to the attention of astrophysicists due to discrepancies between the mass of large astronomical objects determined from their gravitational effects, and the mass calculated from the "luminous matter" they contain; such as stars, gas and dust. It was first postulated by Jan Oort in 1932 to account for the orbital velocities of stars in the Milky Way and Fritz Zwicky in 1933 to account for evidence of "missing mass" in the orbital velocities of galaxies in clusters. Subsequently, other observations have indicated the presence of dark matter in the universe, including the rotational speeds of galaxies, gravitational lensing of background objects by galaxy clusters such as the Bullet Cluster, and the temperature distribution of hot gas in galaxies and clusters of galaxies. According to consensus among cosmologists, dark matter is composed primarily of a new, not yet characterized, type of subatomic particle.  The search for this particle, by a variety of means, is one of the major efforts in particle physics today.  Although the existence of dark matter is generally accepted by the mainstream scientific community, several alternative theories have been proposed to try to explain the anomalies for which dark matter is intended to account.

Bold and graceful industrial Pendant with black retaining rings, 28ga black wire, 18ga black wire,  4mm siam, fire opal, light topaz, emerald, sapphire and tanzanite Swarovski crystal bicones and  siam (4mm) sew on crystals with a single 9mm tanzanite crystal teardrop as the finishing touch... Such a lovely and bright combination of color!

Arcturus v3 by YouniquelyChic
Arcturus v3
Arcturus: The brightest star in the northern celestial hemisphere. With a visual magnitude of −0.04, it is the fourth brightest star in the night sky, after Sirius, Canopus, and  Alpha Centauri. It is a relatively close star at only 36.7 light-years from Earth, and, together with Vega and Sirius, one of the most luminous stars in the Sun's neighborhood.  Arcturus is a type K1.5 IIIpe Red giant star—the letters "pe" stand for "peculiar emission," which indicates that the spectrum of light given off by the star is unusual and full of emission lines. This is not too uncommon in red giants, but Arcturus has a particularly strong case of the phenomenon. It is at least 110 times visually more luminous than the Sun, but this underestimates its strength as much of the "light" it gives off is in the infrared; total (bolometric) power output is about 180 times that of the Sun. The lower output in visible light is due to a lower efficacy as the star has a lower surface temperature than the Sun.  It has likely exhausted its hydrogen from the core and is currently in its active hydrogen shell burning phase. It will continue to expand before entering horizontal branch stage of its life cycle.

Very unique this bold Pendant features black retaining rings, 28ga gold palted wire, 18ga teal blue wire, metallic blue and Bermuda Blue Swarovski crystals

when one of my items sells I remove it from Deviant Art so I can list the newest version, I assure you it has absolutely nothing to do with your adding my items to a group, in fact I am honored and feel free to add as many of my things to groups anytime :)
