A bold steampunk necklace with retaining rings with 2mm emerald Swarovski crystal bicones wired down the outside, off to the side an intricate black clock hand is wired with an emerald sew on crystal and a silver ratchet gear, attached in such a way as to allow the hand to sway back and forth with your every movement, at the bottom a single 11mm emerald crystal teardrop adds the finishing touch.
